    I've used these vouchers a few times over a few years and they've been fine, I've tried 3 different salons with them. I've had none of the problems mentioned above. My only complaint is that you can only use 1 voucher in a 12-month period, which is fine and understandable if it's free (e.g. with a magazine) but not if you've actually bought the voucher.
  • I bought one of these vouchers, sent it back to them last week and am now waiting for the details to come through so I can book my appointment....will let you know what happens!

    I bought a voucher, was told there was 1 in my area. When i got the voucher i phoned to book to be told there wasnt one in my area. Still have the voucher!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

    I did end up getting a hair cut but only cause I put my foot down. I don't understand how the "hair group" and "buy a gift" can get away with this. I spent more money on a phone call, then getting my hair cut with a grade 4 stylist ( lowest grade )

    What is the point in saying there is one in your area on there web site, but really there isn't?.

    I don't know, I've never tried to but they could do, according to the terms and conditions, although if that clause wasn't shown wherever you purchased it from, you could argue that that term wasn't part of the contract....

    I have a Hairgroup voucher which was bought for me from Play.com expires in a few weeks and have just tried the website which doesn't exist anymore as the domain name is up for sale(!)

    Should I call the telephone number 01923 234556 for the group to try and book an appointment instead of the Experience More number 0870 444 2575 quoted?

    good luck indeed I have been trying this number for about 4 weeks, left on hold each time with a recorded 'all our operators are busy' blurb...... after several minutes it clicks onto an answering machine where I have left 3 seperate messages. I hold no hope what so ever in redeeming my voucher! What a crock!

    Anyone else had this trouble? Or anyone actually been successful?

    I've had the same trouble getting through in the past but someone has always returned my voicemail message, as far as I recall it was the same day too.
