Would love to get involved with you all - my neighbour told me about this thread and I have been convinced its the way to go! I will be making my plans (read procrastinating) then on Monday will start. How do I get on the list please

Evening my lovelies – sorry I haven’t been on even though I promised I would; life has just taken over. Have had a quick scan this morning at work and seen:

Toots – sorry for your loss but as the others have said he hasn’t “gone” he is still there in your heart and memories, huge hugs my lovely friend. I promise to reply to your e-mail soon!
Sexym – happy belted bday
FFp/Cyclingy – hope the news is better than you think – hugs for a difficult situation
Natty – your best off without her as others have said
Greenbee – where are you/where have you been?
Soappie – you aren’t on much (look who’s talking!) – hope you have a fab time for DS birthday BBQ
Piggers – I put on FB how gorgeous your DD looked, glad she had an ace time
Rach – take all the help you can and let the little things slide with him – they mean nothing in the bigger picture do they? Hugs
Lamew – shoo that barstewarding BD away; he has no right taking up residence at yours - hugs

Right; completely brain dead now! So love and hugs and coping vibes to all

Chloe is fab if a little bit fractious at times. DD2 is coping better with her and is more comfortable with her stitches and going to the loo and also walking. DD1 is happy because her new boyfriend is back off his hols. DH is getting fed up of light duties at work but only for another week or so. Danny has been to Selly Oak and they don’t want to see him for a month now. He went to Catterick to see a physio on Wednesday and is back seeing another one in York on Monday. He seems better head wise as well which is good.
Me? I am kn£ckered! Being wife, mum, nana and also the partner DD2 should of had if things were different. I have house maids knee and dishwash hands I’m sure. It's like wishy washy's chinese laundry in here as well! Doing a full time time and this is a lot but wouldn’t be without them. House is looking ok, I’ve kept up to it in a fashion which is a miracle. DD2 says she can’t get over how much I do on a morning even before I go to my full time job.

Will try and post tomorrow. Love and hugs all round, you are a fabulous bunch of ladies xx

Not caught up with the fred yet - but seems Valli is getting the bloke she deserves - so pleased for you
DD2 has put a hair dye on her hair and I have to wash it off before getting her in the bath. Chloe asleep for now and grandad is there on hand if she wakes. Forgot to say that instead of losing weight like they normaly do she only lost 60 grammes and has put that back and more and is now 8lb 15ozs - though she is a little greedy mite!

Carlsberg - so pleased at least one member of your family is aware of how much you do! Hopefully she'll remember when she's recovered enough to do her share... but for the moment, try to enjoy the good stuff.

I'm currently in Devon with my parents for the weekend - I've been fishing and walking so far. Hopefully sailing and kayaking tomorrow. Family funeral on Monday, so am taking my mum and then she'll stay at mine on Monday night and get a train back here on Tuesday. I expect she'll have driven me mad by then... but I'm sure we'll both survive!

So probably won't be on line much this week either!

Hope to catch up properly at some point. Just hope Valli is behaving... `:p

Well passed out for about 3 hours this evening, must have needed the kip...feel better now.

Piggers I don't know the staff members name, she has evening wear on and sat at our table.

Must figure out some tea, dunno what, have got belly ache which isn;t a good sign.

Managed to get some uniform and a new hamster cage and shoes for DD2, sandals, trainers and school shoes all in the Evans sale so very happy bunny's here.

Right best salvalge whats left of the evening.

Greenbee - glad your ok. Hugs for the family funeral. I'm sure you'll cope with your mum! We mum's need to wind you up every now and then to get our own back for the childhood dramas! LOL I hope she will do, but I would do it no matter whether she did or not. Chloe is beautiful, don't know whether you managed to see my pictures earlier and DD2 will always be my baby so I need to help her
