Is this tomato blight???! HELP!

    Well still not sure if it is blight but the 'greyish' stem has spread downwards by 1/2 inch & a stem above it must have been weakened as it broke off....rest of plant still looks ok..leaves same colour...no brown patches....bin it or wait a few days???!

    Keep waiting would be my suggestion. I think it's more likely to be sun or wind damage than blight, but if you could post a picture that'd help the experts.
    If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

    It is not blight but is botrytis, which is a mould caused by the conditions being too humid. Increase ventilation. Cut off the mouldy bit and allow the tomato to sprout with new growth.

    Will cut it back guys...thanks! Greenhouse is a bit crowded (short of space I'm afraid!)& I'll open it up a bit more for ventilation. As the brand, Shirley is quite hardy I'll probably leave itoutside-do you think that'd be ok? Will update in 2 weeks or so-again-many thanks!

    Hey guys...cut back as said & growing healthily (some dlowers appearing) allbeit a bit bushier...smaller...ta for the help!

    Pix below...note pic 2 shows the growth ABOVE the 'infection' is ok....shall i be safe & cut it off (other ones I cut seem fine)...Really must greenhouse open for longer....only open for 2 hrs or so a day...leave or chop & do you think it's the same??
