Looks like a student flat to me.....
Or halls. I can reliably say it is possible to cook in such conditions without getting ill, so long as you take great care to NOT touch any surface and store all food elsewhere. If my student house looks like that next year someone will be in trouble though!

One thing amazes me about that seller. If his kitchen is as dirty as that, why earth is he paying the extra for extra large photos and 4 of them if you please. I happily hide behind the bare minium required if my kitchen look like a explosion in a vegetable factory.0
