well hear this next step....... i emailed customer care and eric daniels stating my complaint that i would like a figure calculated, and guess what I got back I got a detailed calculation of the ppi that I have already been refunded for my other loan, but they also enclosed an acceptance form saying once they receive it back they will refund the ppi so I wonder if I send it back will I get it paid to me again ?? haha.
bearing in mind that I am still due a refund on the current loan which I am awaiting a figure!
they were adament that they cannot calculate a figure for my current loan unless they receive my acceptance back what a load of bulls**t this sounds
