HELP Please
Just been out in my garden and spotted millions of tiny little bugs. No idea what they are can anyone help.
They are sandy coloured and have tiny wings. At first I thought it was moving sand, but I don't have sand in that part of the garden.
Please can anyone help me and let me know if they are going to damage my wildflower patch
.
Thanks

Just tried to take pictures of them but battery has gone on my phone, will try later when charged battery.

I think I can see where they are coming from, it looks like an old tree stump that is now hollow.
Some of them seem to be flying away as well.
Will get picture on as soon as I can.
Thanks

They are too tiny for me to take a picture with my mobile phone, don't have a camera.
I have just been checking out the leafhoppers and it looks like one of those. It is only about 2mm long, it was just the numbers that made me panic.
Thank you all for replying, I will do a bit more research next time before go into a flap again.
Sorry I couldn’t put a picture on though.
Thank you again. M0 -
Sorry, forgot to update. What ever those tiny bugs were, they have all gone now and none of my plants were damaged
.
I did try to take a picture but they were too small, I even tried a magnifying glass, that didn't work.
Thanks for your replies though. M0
