Quick question I purchased some books from ebay on thursday and paid as soon as the item was sold to me, I have heard nothing at all from the seller. Should I be concerned and should I send them an email?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Not really
they could have got home from work late on Thursday night, and out on a Friday night, with a nice weekend
I alway say wait 5 working days (so next Thursday) if you haven't heard anything just send them a nice e-mail asking when the item will be dispatched
Also I've had people dispatch things without e-mailing before they arriveTotal Weight Loss - 28lb and countingAD 17/11/20100 -
Most of the private sellers that I have bought from in the past, have never contacted me after I have won an auction. I usually wait between 5-7 days before sending a polite email asking if they have dispatched the item yet.0

No, loads of sellers don't email despatch.
Some don't mark as despatched either, but have you checked on your ebay page to see if there is a icon next the item (a little brown box)?
If so then they've posted it.This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.
