Streaky Double Glazed Windows-Dont have To Replace?

I have heard there is a way to get rid of streaky water runs inside double glazed windows (which happens after a few years of installation) without having to replace them with new double glazed ones. I understand there is a way to 'blow' air somehow through the seal without have to replace the whole double glazed system. I might have this wrong as have lost the details but printed out this information about not needing to totally replace double glazed windows when this happens. There was a firm who advised this was available but was up north and I am down south. How can I get a company in the south to do this sort of job saving a substantial amount of money for me?
