Yea ok then for them to charge you you need to enter your bank details which you say you havent as you clicked off the site as soon as it came up therefore it must not be them0

There is NO WAY you could have money taken from your bank if you didn't enter your bank details.
Are you sure you didn't enter your bank details? If you did, then you were entering into an agreement.
I'd speak to your bank.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Get in touch with your bank and ask for repayment under the direct debit guarantee and also cancel the direct debit.
You need to sort out the question how they got your details. If you did sign up to something you might find debt collectors come a knocking"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

As advised, they must have gotten your bank details from somewhere. The first thing you should be doing is calling your bank and telling them the payments are unauthorised, that you would like to dispute the payments and that you would either like to cancel the DD or cancel your card (depending how they're taking the payments).
Next i would contact loanfinders, tell them you are disputing these payments and that they either refund you without delay or send adequate proof that you did indeed contract them for their services.
However you should note that if you did give them your bank details (and if you havent it means there is one heck of a coincidence with you being on their website and them randomly guessing your sort code and account number or debit/credit card number, start date and cv2) your bank may not be able to put the payments into dispute.
tbh it depends what bank you're with. In any case, it would be a good idea to get your butt down to CABYou keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
OP, why did you start this thread?
Did you not like the answers on your other thread?0 -
OP, on your other thread you clearly stated you entered ALL your banking details - don't you realise how inadvisable it is to do this??"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0
