• 1). Promotion is open to anyone 18 years old and over, excluding employees of TrekAmerica Travel and their immediate families.
• 2). No Purchase Necessary. To enter simply complete and submit the web entry form. Closing date is 5.00pm (GMT) on 30/12/2010.
• 3). Only one entry per person will be accepted. The winner will be selected in a random draw of all eligible entrants, on 10/01/2011.
• 4). The winner will be notified using the contact details provided within 7 days from the draw date and must respond to such notification within a further 14 days, otherwise the promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select another winner for that prize.
• 5). The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the Promoter.
• 6). THE PRIZE INCLUDES: Two seats on your choice of one of TrekAmerica's mini-adventures, departing either New York, Los Angeles or Las Vegas including all camping equipment and campground fees, all national park entry fees (as listed in itinerary), transportation by adventure vehicle and services of TrekAmerica's professional tour leader. Other inclusions are determined by your choice of mini-adventure: If departing New York you will receive a Maid of the Mist cruise of Niagara Falls, if departing Los Angeles you will receive a limousine tour of Las Vegas, if departing Las Vegas you will receive a Navajo Jeep Tour and overnight experience in Monument Valley.
• 7). THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE: international flights, travel insurance, any additional hotel nights before, after or during the tour, food kitty contribution, beverages, sleeping bag and spending money. Please note that suitable travel insurance coverage is compulsory.
• 8). The winner will be required to either take out appropriate travel insurance via TrekAmerica or have another adequate policy in place at time of travel and will be responsible for ensuring that they have a valid EU passport with minimum six month validity beyond the return date, and that they are eligible and obtain a U.S. Immigration visa in good time for travel.
• 9). Bookings are subject to normal tour conditions and cannot be altered once booked. The prize must be taken outside of high season (August 1 - September 7) and before July 31st 2011 - subject to availability.
• 10). No cash alternative is available.
• 11). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• 12). Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.

Thanks everybody for your help and advice.

Also nice to find a comp that hasn't been posted already. I was feeling a bit guilty about a winning a holiday and having not posted any comps.
