London Taxi fares

Ok, this isn't very MSE, but I have a badly sprained ankle and need to travel from IOW up to Manchester on Monday! Its not a trip that can be rearranged so I just need to make it as managable as possible. I have made arrangements for most o the journey, and the people who have arranged the trip have told me to get a taxi from Victoria Coach Station to Euston train station and they will reimburse me. So longwinded there, but does anyone have an idea of what that fare is likely to be, please? Of course, I need to make sure I have enough cash. Also, how long is the journey likely to be, please? Its over lunchtime, if that helps.
