I visit a particular website fairly regularly. I'ts always worked fine and I've been using it for months....probably more than a year.
It's a site that details all the sport on TV sorted into categories - I've selected the football category as my favourite and saved it.
But yesterday I tried visiting it and got a message from firefox that it's a threat page.
All my other favourites work as normal.
Here's the link
http:// www dot livesportontv dot com/ sportindex.php?id=1
It's not my repsonsibility if you visit and end up with computer troubles but is it possible the site has been compromised (possibly because traffic has increased due to world cup so hackers see a bigger chance of success?)
The warning I receive is
"This web page at 'www dot livesportontv dot com' has been reported as an attack page and has been blocked based on your security preferences."
I've not changed my security preferences and as I've already said, every other page I visit is fine.
Since I received the warning messages I can't get to see it at all.
Any thoughts?
EDIT : removed the links so it's less likely anyone can accidentally visit - more effort required now!

Firefox just threw a warning up
I went in anways and noscript doesnt show anything
So its either been cleared, or the site itself has been compromised (Or possibly 'mediaplex' which ive still blocked):idea:0 -
Firefox just threw a warning up
I went in anways and noscript doesnt show anythingBut only really as far as the protection of no-script. That plugin is the nearest thing you can get to a tank in a browser.
Ubuntu is an ancient African word, meaning: 'I can't configure Debian'.0 -
Must be the site, ive got 4 infections and counting:idea:0

Firefox 3.6.4 tells me it's dodgy.
According to google it's riddled with nasties. They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it0 -
alienRIK: please run malwarebytes, reboot and post a hijackthis log :rotfl:
What is the virus/ infection called?0 -
My mistake. The 4 nasties were from an ancient disc I was checking out
So unless the 'mediaplex' link that ive blocked by noscript is infecting (Quite possible, im not trying that one) then its clean:idea:0 -
So does that mean I need to find another site giving me similar info?
Or is it something that can be got around?
how come it's now riddled with errors that weren't apparent before?
I found it via google ages ago and it's never given me any hassle until this popped up.
