Every 3 months (give or take a few days); it varies by address/area.
Sometimes they adjust the cycles meaning on an odd occassion it may change for you. Also it sometimes takes a while (e.g. 3-6 months) for them to get a new customer into a regular cycle."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
Many Thanks, been with them two years now. The last bill was a five month bill, that was four months ago and no new bill yet....0

I'm with Atlantic and realised that I'd not had January's bill (in March :embarasse). When the bill arrived it was for 6 months. I rang them to query why and they've changed to reading their meters themselves and this changeover missed out that round of the billing for us. Southern are part of the same group. They were quite happy to split the payments up for the bill though, so all sorted. The cells are my friends...<img>0
