Co-operative bank address

Can anyone tell me the address to use when setting up direct debits for a co-op current account? I set it up over the phone so I don't have a branch, googling it gives several options, including different PO Box numbers at the same address so I'm a bit lost

The address they give for "switching" direct debits and standing orders to them is:

The Co-operative Bank

Any of the addresses will do as nothing gets sent to them. I've always used the Balloon St address as it's the branch I always use.
