As far as I know you are alloweed 3 chargebacks in a year, dating from the first chargeback. I will just double check with paypal info but I am sure it was the case as I was scammed 3 times last year and was hoping I never got scammed once more- fortunately I havent - dont buy so much now :rotfl: .
So if you do a chargeback in april. may and october you can not do another one until the following april.
UPDATE YES 3 - Straight from ebay -
You may only file one claim per PayPal payment. You are limited to three PayPal Buyer Protection refunds per calendar year.
The best way to get full coverage is to pay through a credit card or as ebay suggest a paypal credit card, where they claim you get full coverage
<LI style="MARGIN-TOP: 6px">When you use PayPal Buyer Credit to pay for merchandise on eBay, your transactions are eligible for full buyer protection at no additional cost.
    scam or what ! .....

Yes you get the money back for the item that you paid.
Full details are here .You can only claim for non delivery or item significantily different ( photos are not evidence ).
To give you an idea my 3 claims were all for non delivery, sellers had no prove of trackable postage so I won. Got 2 lots of money back but the third emptied there account and I never got a penny. So in theory its great in reality......a bit different.
