What do you do in this position?

I just won an item, for 22 pounds on auction, pretty much as soon as the auction finished I got a request to cancel transaction, and this message:
"Sorry, there was a mistake on the auction. The reserve was suppose to be £350 @ £3.50 pp.

Sorry, i have informed eBay of my error and will have to cancel this transaction

Thank you"

Do you leave bad feedback, or just accept it and move on?
i'm pretty disappointed as it was a good bargain, but I don't know what would be too harsh.

Don't cancel the transaction, let them pay their fees. If it was an honest mistake, surely he would have edited the listing/ended it/messaged you.

Don't agree to a mutual, then you can still leave feedback, they were trying to not pay fees by starting at a low price with no reserve. Let them at least have to pay their fvf. Nobody can make them sell the item though.
