My cousin (who lives in Australia) ordered over £100 worth of goods from the above mentioned 'company' last month, but the items haven't arrived. She has emailed them a few times but no reply has been received.
Their web site looks reasonably professional and gives a proper contact address (based in Waltham Cross Hertfordshire) but only gives a mobile number. My cousin paid by PayPal so is taking it up with them.
I've called the number a few times and it goes straight to voicemail and my brother went to the address to have a look. A local guy on the trading estate remembers a girl selling horse things but she hasn't been there for a while.
I found a few reviews on Healthy Happy Horses and it seems prior to Dec 2009, everyone was really pleased with the service they got, since then, other people have placed orders but nothing has arrived.
So word of warning, the site is still up and running and they are taking your money but no goods are being sent out.
My cousin has written to the Hertfordshire Trading Standards in the hopes they can do something. Is there anything else she - or I can do?
Thanks all

She has done that but would like to try and make sure no one else is conned by this company, hence me posting it on here.0

I would like to warn everyone about this woman and her dodgy websites. I ordered goods and pre-paid by cheque in June, I never received any goods and have not even had the courtesy of a reply to my telephone calls, emails or letters. The website Healthyhappyhorses.com has now been closed down, but I have now found that she has gone back onto the web using prestigeequine.com as the new website - the blog on there links back to healthyhappyhorses. I don't know if anyone has received any goods from her, but I would warn everyone to steer clear and not to order.0
