I have just sold and expensive item on Ebay....the buyer has fine feedback and has paid in full through paypal.
On logging into paypal address is unconfirmed, but buyer is NON US - VERIFIED.
Am i covered if i sent the item Special delivery(wouldn't do it any other way) if anything went wrong ???
Or would i end yp being shafted by Ebay/paypal and the customer ?? IE: claiming non rect ? chargeback etc.......
Thanks guys

An address being confirmed makes no difference to seller protection. What's important is if payp[al say its OK to send with the big green tick. If it is you are OK to send.ebay wrote:Shipment to a confirmed address, however, is not necessarily a requirement for coverage under the Seller Protection Policy since not all PayPal users are able to confirm their addresses. An Unconfirmed Address is not necessarily fraudulent but sometimes poses an inconvenience for legitimate buyers. If a transaction is eligible for coverage under the Seller Protection Policy, a seller must post to the address found on the Transaction Details page (regardless of whether that address is confirmed or not).0
