Anyone know of a split train ticket route from Dundee to Newcastle. Hoping there might be a way of getting a cheaper fare.

You could try Edinburgh or if you fancy a 5-10 min walk then Glasgow Queen st/Central (but a longer journey)
Without dates its hard to give any info on cheap Advance tickets
But you could try Megabus ,it means going by coach but they have some cheap dealsWhoa! This image violates our terms of use and has been removed from view0 -
In the middle of next week there are £32 advance tickets for the complete journey. That's about half the standard fare. Looking a couple of months ahead it's £22
Split ticketing doesn't often improve on through advance tickets - occasionally yes. Edinburgh would be the place to try.0 -

Try splitting at Perth, travelling ScotRail to Perth and then East Coast Perth-NCL (one train a day in each direction).A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
