Buyer not Paid but no longer registered

I sold an item on the 21st but never recieved payment, I waited till the 24th and sent a quick email to remind her about payment and to email me if she was having any problems. The buyer replied quickly and said that payment would be made today the 26th. Payment hasn't been made yet but after checking my ebay i've only just noticed that she is no longer registered. What do I do in this situation? Should I email her again via ebay?

You'll have to open a NPB & I think that in this case you don't have to wait the 4 more days to close & get your FVF back, you can then either relist or do a 2nd chance offer0
