A&L urgent problem, anyone know how I can get round this?

Hi,
I opened a new account with A&L about 2 months ago. Since then I've had nothing but bother with the wrong direct debits being transferred, being charged for transactions that haven't taken place and a few other problems.
So I cleared all my problems and there should be £100 in my account, went to the ATM and my balance is -£60!
Freaked out and tried to get onto online banking but it's down for essential maintenance. Called the call centre and they can't access my account either because it's being transferred to santander today. I managed to speak to a manager who said try after 5pm when everything would be back to normal.
Been trying since 5pm on the button and no luck at all so far.
I really need this sorted now, I go on holiday in 12 hours and I need to make sure I wont be racking up charges when I'm away, also the pet insurance is due to come off on Monday and this wont happen if there is no money in the account. Why can no one at A&L help me at all? Does anyone know if there's a way that they can see what's going on with the account? I genuinely think my card has been cloned and no one is caring.

Try logging in again now. I just did and it was working alright.

Nope I'm getting nothing, they said it will be down until 10am tomorrow because mine is a relatively new account.
Yeah I told them I suspected fraud and explained that I definately used an ATM that was found to be cloning cards and they said call back on Monday because that's when their fraud team are in!0 -
Report it as fraud if you dont know where the money is going. Cant you get a mini statement from the atm0

No, there's not an A&L cash machine near here. i've just called the lost card section and asked them to cancel my card which they can do without accessing the account. Mum's transferred money in to cover the deficit and the pet insurance and i'll just need to deal with it when i get home.0

once you report a fraud they are legally responsible for 100% of all the money that is taken from that point on.
if there are any subsequent transactions and if they try to deny that you warned them of the fraud, get phone records from your provider to prove you called them up.0 -
When you get back I'd close the account, they sound more trouble than they're worth.0
