It is definitely worth being in touch with the MRF as they would definitely like to know you are fundraising for them, and they should be able to give you tips on how to do it ...Signature removed for peace of mind0

I am constantly in touch with the fantastic girls at MRF......and have told them I am running the marathon next year, they are going to get me their sponser sheets. I have also done fundraising for them this year....I just feel its never enough how ever much I can raise....as they do a fantastic job.It is definitely worth being in touch with the MRF as they would definitely like to know you are fundraising for them, and they should be able to give you tips on how to do it ...0
