I didn't know that you could pay bt Paypal without opening an account. How's this done? Through the sellers email address?

I dont know what other's think, but as the seller sounds like they may be a little reluctant to refund. I think I would open a SNAD with Paypal and only return the item when instructed by Paypal.

Ok now im really confused when l bought the dress i recevied a reciept from Paypal and also another email from them when the dress was shipped but i definetely don't have a Paypal account. I've bought things in the past from other websites using Paypal without signing up as l was always a bit wary of my bank details being stored by PP.

When l won the auction the screen came up saying puy now with Paypal, there was also another option on the right of the screen saying sign into your Paypal account which obvioulsy l didnt do as i dont have an account. So i entered my details into puy now with Paypal page and then i got a reciept from PP to my email address. However going onto the ebay help pages it says you cant pay using PP without having an account :mad:

Im feeling really confused does this mean im not covered with PP protection and how will l actually recieve my refund now?

oh and l have emailed French Connection to see if l could send them photographs and measurements of the dress and have them confirm if it is fake. From looking at the sellers feedback she has given refunds in the past so hopefully she will give me one ok just to prevent me leaving her negative feedback (and trust me it would be very very negative if she refused to refund me lol)
