This is my first thread and I just wanted to recommend JML
After seeing a post on here for halogen ovens in their sale I ordered one.
It arrived in only 2 days, I missed the delivery but called the number on the card and the driver came back a couple of hours later as he was still in the area.
When I unpacked the oven it had a small scratch/chip in the glass bowl. I did use it and it was fine, however I was a little concerned that it might weaken the glass with use since it got very hot.
I emailed customer service and they emailed me back next day saying they would send me out a replacement glass oven, expected delivery 3-5 days.
I have not used JML before but will most certainly be using them again as their customer service is so quick.
