Every chance they're closed until Monday. You'll need to call them then.

Is that all the letter says ? Have you to attend an interview too ?

If someone has reported you, they have to investigate. If you haven't been working, try not to worry. There will be no evidence and you should be fine. I don't think they will tell you anything over the phone because it has to be done formally.

If you know that you have done nothing wrong there is no need for you to worry.

I would contact your local Job Centre by phone and ask to speak to compliance. They will fill you in (as by law you have a right to know) if they hold a file for you. Following that, they will advise you as to the best course of action. Do remember, it's a system and an Over-Payment (because of the system) can accidentally be reported as an over payment by fraud and passed on. Mistakes happen!

It's very hard not to worry. Do you have someone who could go with you to the interview? It's always good to have some support and someone to help you remember exactly what was said. When we're stressed we don't always take in information.
