Is there anywhere to find out what the rates are for your area?
Need to know how much for a 6 bed house.
I have no choice in applying for this as my current tenancy is ending in just over a month and desperately need to find somewhere otherwise its B&B or a caravan.
I am applying for private tenancies as well but as I am on benefits its proving difficult to find somewhere.

hi, it depends which area you live in. check on you local councils website it should say there as they update it weekly0

LHA rates are capped at five bedrooms.Gone ... or have I?0

oops forget this didnt see the reply from dmg24.thanks for the replies but the last link only goes up to 5 bed, so do I presume that anything over 5 they dont pay or its the same for 5 bed and over?0

5 bedrooms rate is the maximum rate you can get.0
