I currently have Gas and Elec with EDF on the standard rates with a dual fuel and DD discount.

Electricity is 19.23p for the first 210 units then 9.33p .
Last quarter I used 1265 units

Gas is 7.00p for the first 558 kwh then 3.056p .
Last quarter I can find the bill for I used 3668 kwh.

Ive been looking online at USwitch and they have an EDF Online S@ver 6 Dual Fuel deal.

It looks too good , does anyone know what the catch is ? (is it only guaranteed for a year to June 2011 ?). This would save me quite a bit.

It's a variable rate product - meaning prices can go up or down at any time.

The only guarantee is it will be at least 2% cheaper than their standard rate tariff unil June 2011
The tariff ends on 30 June 2011.(you'll be contacted shortly before then to advise on alternative tariffs the supplier can offer)
Early exit fees apply (£25 per fuel)

If its at least 2% less than my current charge then I think I'll probably go for it.
