Right, I will start off by saying these are allegations, I have no evidence for these, and I will understand if mods decide to close the thread, but it may be useful for people to be aware as this is clearly a consumer issue - crossposted from dogpages...

Can people be aware and spread the work about a gentleman who runs a website rehoming dogs called homedogz. He charges people to rehome the dog and then just dumps them,he has been found out as they have found 2 of the dogs are microchipped and he had left them tied to a post outside a rescue centre. He is also advertising for free dogs on websites and papers,not sure what he is... doing with these.
The police and other agencies are involved

As Fc has said she has no no evidence of this, but you can bet your bottom dollar there will be something in it. I would bet this sort of thing happens more than we will ever know.
