Sky ban override numbers

I see that from 1 July Sky Talk are blocking override providers.

In practice it seems they have already done this as I get disconnected after their prerecorded message announcing the ban.

I'm locked into Sky until next May - is there a way round this ban? I use 18185.

Yes there's at least a partial (but more expensive) way round the ban - use 18185's freephone or geographical gateway numbers (the latter obviously only in the periods during which your Sky Talk calls plan gives you inclusive geographical calls) instead.
