I have not been asked to do anything this year - just says that if i agree with annual review and earnings are not going to change significantly and i do not contact them then they will use these figures to work out next years award. So i do not need to phone them with p60 amounts or anything. I am wondering if this is because my youngest has turned 16 and they are assuming payments will stop on 13/08/10? As it is she is planning on going onto 6th form depending on results of GCSE's but will wait for results before phoning ctc to inform them.

the auto renewals are normally sent to people who have only been recieving the basic £545 per yr. as longs as your income is within the income bands on the letter you dont need to do anything as your award will remain the same.
your claim for your 16 year old will run until 31st august so phone them before then to let them know if he is staying on in education.0
