I assume you mean an 0300 number.
Ofcom states that charges should be the same as for 01 and 02 calls.Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and must count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls.
These rules apply to calls from any type of line including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphoneTime has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -
o2 charge the same rate for numbers begining 01,02,03 - so if you use an 03xxxxx number during your "free" period, then they are free up to 60 mins.0
