Beware of Morethan

I joined Morethan breakdown on 14/6/10, money debited on 17/6/10
Yesterday I thought I would find out why I had not received any paper work.
Big mistake. Call centre in India. After 40 minutes I gave up, I couldnt understand him, he couldnt understand me.

Tried again on the number used for renewals, guess what, answered immediately by someone in Sunderland.
He checked the system, although Morethan had the money and I had a confirmation email they hadnt sent the paperwork because I wasnt on the breakdown database.
He said had I called them for a breakdown or recovery they would not have come because I was not a member.

If you are one of their members I suggest you check with them before you need them.

Have to say, also check the paperwork. When mine arrived it didnt cover my OH to drive although that had been specified. If I hadnt read it all and to be honest I dont usually, we could have been in deep poo if he had driven and had an accident.

And as you say, the call centre staff, gawd help me, you feel so embarrassed asking them to repeat stuff over and over.
