Google chrome not working

Can anyone help with this?
I cannot seem to get Google Chrome to load, I used to have it and it was fine, now it wont load, just get a white page.
I did install some microsoft updates which I think messed things up but I am not sure.
I did post this yesterday but my question seems to have disappeared.
Does anyone know if there is any sort of helpline or anything if no one can advise anything? really prefered Chrome!
