Bought it, may even have a go on it myself as suggested, not bought a headset yet, and he will have to work out the online bit. His xbox is linked up to a PC in a cubbyhole downstairs so I walk past from time to time, and it'll be two minutes before I am bawling "turn that down I can't hear the telly". I always wondered whether the media and the easily worried parenting sort would make this out to be worse than it really is - seems so. Thanks again to everyone who has taken the time and trouble to reply - knew I could rely on a balanced view in here. Hopefully anyone else with the same niggling concerns will pick this thread up too. Sal xxx

don't play too long , it will hook you .

a friend at work let his wife have a dabble , now he has to compete with her to get to play . i often play them online , and know when she is the one playing , cause she is a better shot :D.

one of the most addictive things about MW2 is gaining the many achievements on online play , which you then rewarded with a title and / or emblem to show off to others

Some guy sent me a message saying he hoped I died in a car crash because I was allegedly camping in the game.

I did circles of the map with a silenced UMP, hardly camping :rotfl:

I have the "MVP Assassin" Callsign which I am most proud of.
I need to get a life myself :rotfl:

Only 8.5 days of game time for me. Level 69, 2nd prestige.

For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!
