Cashback from NPOWER.

I've joined npower via Top CashBack on the 3rd of March. Transaction was tracked correctly and reported by npower back to Top CashBack, who displayed it as L130 pending (waiting for my account with npower to go live). Three months and still nothing, so contacted Top CashBack, but told it may sometimes take that long. Then three days ago it switched from 130.00 to 0.00!
Contacted Top CashBack again and was told that npower declined without giving any reason whatsoever!
Until now I was checking once a year if I could get a better deal and switching through Top Cashback. Scottish Power and Eon have both paid what promised but npower hasn't.
Being curious if only I have had such bad luck, checked recent comments for that retailer on Top Cashback and it seems that they have in recent days turned off the tap as there's quite a few others with same problem.
Committed for a min term of 1 year on joining, which seemed OK in exchange for 130 cashback, but now just can't help but feel slightly cheated. Don't make my mistake.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having getting your cash back.
Cashback is provided by Top CashBack and not npower. You should have received your money by now so you'll need to contact Top CashBack directly to chase this.
Give them a call, and if you still find you're waiting, let me know on here and I'll look into it for you.
