child tax credit renew

hi have just phoned up tax credit again as its been 8 weeks since i phoned and renewed.they but me through to another department and again i asked why the delay .again they said its in the line to be proccessed.i asked again if i needed to phone any other department or if they needed any other info the lady said no.they had everything.im concerned one because its not been proccessed yet and two what if it comes to end of july31st and they say i havent renewed and stop my child tax credit and say i have to pay back from april till july 2010

Have a look at the specialist renewal thread you might be one of the people who didn't receive the letter in the post, if so a signal is placed on your renewal preventing it from finalising unless you have spoken to that team.Mortgage Feb 2015 £178,500 END 2043!!
