Sorry to post on here but as its a Q re postcards and this is where the comps are I thought i'd chance it (sorry if its supposed to be elsewhere) having a real prob with my posties... I keep getting all the postcards sent back to me rather than the address they are intended for? I address them on the right hand side and the answer and my address on the left and i've started clearly marking them TO and FROM what else can I do? I've had about 15 back in the last fortnight its driving me mad and not too cheap for me either! :)

Has anyone else had this problem?

    Thanks zx

If you use a stamper for your own name and address, white out the postcode and hand write. Not had any back since I started doing this.

I have a stamper and they still come back at times.

Hand written at the front too. It seems to happen in spells.

What I mean is, after stamping your name and address, tipex out your stamped postcode and hand write it back in. I did loads of different test postcards with my postie and we found this method had the best results. Not one has been returned since I started doing them this way. Hope I've explained it a little better :o

Thanks for checking purplecatlover & Bearsbluegirl. I'll try again before I contact T-mobile. :)
:T Well done munchkim on your win! :j
Hi Wingobins, I tried again today and got the same msg using my PAYG phone but when I tried my contract phone it went through OK.
Just wondering if yours was a PAYG also, because if that's the case then we can both contact t-mobile and complain to them.
I don't want to use my contract phone to enter comps on, hence why I bought a PAYG phone. :money:
My thanks to Blue & Cat also :T

Yep mine is also a PAYG phone. I've tried phoning but just kept getting put through to diff voicemails. Tried looking online but it just comes up with different questions to ask. I'm not sure which number to try as I phoned 150 from my mobile. Think I will have to phone from home phone if I cant find anywhere to contact them!

I think I might try using my contract phone tomorrow. Got to get to the bottom of this :)
