Quickest way to upload photos and reduce the size of them onto webmail

Options
I've got about 60 photos all are about .98-1.4Mb and only can put on 8 or 9 photos per e-mail. I have Googlemail and don't have any e-mail set up on Internet Explorer.

Its such a slow job as I have to go into all the menus when I click attach another file.

    Hi
You can put those photos into a folder and make a zip file.
Then upload it to your googlemail documents.
Then make it share-able to generate a link that you send by email to your friends so that they can download them.
(Also it might be better to divide the photos into 2 or 3 folders instead of one huge folder).

Same as above. Zip the file and personally I'd send it like that if not too big - or make smaller zip files (eg. 15 photos/file)

    Download Picasa by Google http://picasa.google.com/

Scan you PC for pictures. Log into your google account and create a web album. Your files will be uploaded to the web, you can select to compress them or leave them at their original size. You can set your web album to private and then send the link to whoever you want to view them.

If the sender wants to download them he can select to download them via the web album.

The people who are getting these must curse you while a 10mb e-mail clogs up their e-mail client ?

Why don't you use some thing like "yousendit" ?

This gets my vote - download/install it, use it to upload the photos to you picasaweb album and just email the weblink to your album

I personally wouldn't thank anyone blocking my email from coming through with 60 large photo emails

If you do have to use googlemail then you can drag the photos into the mail compose, no need to go through the menus
