    What size, value and/or weight are looking at?

    RM does airmail up to 2kg. This covers you for £41. More value and you need ISF for an additional premium.

    Sorry, International Signed For. It gives an enhanced insurance rate. Not worth it if the item is £41 or below, but necessary after that.

    Probably the best bet is to search on the usps.com site for costs and services. Shouldn't be much for 140g (5 oz for an American) unless it is very expensive needing insurance or you want a timed service.

    Just looked on the parcels2go website and they quote US to UK prices so might be worth trying your favourite courier broker as well.

    As noted by Martin above I recently had good reasonably cheap and fast service from USPS (United States Postal Service).
