Just received juicy lucy goodie bag from the post, thanks to OP

Just received a goodie bag a few minutes ago (weird as i've never gotten post this late).
Have no idea who to specifically thank as the only one I can find is from the sugerscape but from all the way to january so not sure if it's that and there wasn't any indication that it was from sugerscape, just a juicy lucy card with 'Congratulations on winning the Juicy Lucy goodie bag competition. Best fairy wishes. Juicy Lucy Fairies' written on.
I'm a bit disappointed though, as one of the bits was a chocolate bar, and it had melted, which meant it had come through the wrapping and leaked onto all the other bits. Was hoping to gift it to my little cousins, but no hope now. Do you think I'm within my rights to send a complaint?

I wouldnt complain as such but maybe a polite letter or email saying thanks but suggesting maybe not to send chocolate in this weather & how it ruined the prize. They might send you a little something else.
