I thought this put things quite clearly.
We know that the Pension is now guaranteed to rise by earnings/prices (CPI)/2.5% whichever is the higher. For 2011, however, it will rise by RPI if that is the highest.
The odds and sods (eg SERPS etc) will rise, but at CPI which is not as high as RPI.
Still all of this is much more than I expected, and I'm glad and grateful.
It also seems that vatable things that will affect us quite a lot is insurance which the vat will increase from 5% to 6%.
