Pandora Bracelet sold as genuine IS NOT

I bought a Pandora bracelet for an xmas present it was advertised as genuine but 6 months later it as left a green mark on her skin. my daughter went to a Pandora shop and they have said it is not a genuine one. Is there any way i can find out my buying details as i have got rid of all the orders, payments, etc of my account. As i would like to let ebay know about the seller. This is the first time I have been let down on Ebay

Did you pay by Paypal? Even if you don't have a record of it on your account page, they must have a record of it.

You can do a search on Paypal for a specific date range. However I do feel you are wasting your time. Ebay cannot just take your word for it, which would lead to a long process of proof, with no end result for you.

I suspect Ebay really wont give a damn, they have had their pound of flesh via commission and paypal fees. They will of course make sympathetic noises but I guess that will be about it

Thanks to all who replied I have now found the item on my feedback and it did not say genuine but authentic as shown below i was under the impression that Authentic was the same as genuine
