Train to heathrow airport

Is it possible to travel from London kings x station to Heathrow by train without using the underground ? ( too much luggage for tube )

Possible but tricky and complex. Get a cab/bus from Kings X to Paddington and take Heathrow Connect.0 -
From Kings Cross to Paddington you would need to take either the Circle or Hammersmith & City Line, both of which use these trains which are actually wider than standard trains in the UK. They are not what many people consider to be 'tube' trains, see here for a size comparison. From Paddington you can take a normal train to Heathrow.0

Or get to London Victoria then get the National Express to Heathrow0

Then you have too much luggage for many national rail trains. I suspect you mistaken on the space available, either on tube trains or on national rail trains. How much luggage do you have?0 -

I think it was more to do with ease of carrying it about and moving around with it on crowded underground trains than having 'too much'.0
