"Posts" and "Threads Started"

Hi, is there anyway to simplify a function so when I click on it, it will bring up all the threads that I've started, and perhaps another for all the threads that I've posted in. I've seen this on MANY sites, but some just lack the feature...
Any ideas?

Click on your username, click on Public Profile, Statistics tab, and voila....!0

I click on quick links then subscribed threads. That shows all threads you have started and have posted on. The ones at the top are the threads with the most recent activity.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0
