Where do I specify "buyer collects"?

I'm selling something on e-bay that is too large for postage.
I can't find where I can type "buyer to collect". It doesn't seem to give me the option. If I were to complete the listing now, it would give the buyer the option of my "standard rate" which I don't want.
Am I being stupid, it must be there somewhere?

The scroll-down postage options menu (with standard rate, 1st class etc) should have "collection only" on it somewhere. Maybe it won't come up if you've put anything in the postage amount box, so if you put 0 in it, try leaving it blank and see if it that helps.0
