Can I ask, for those who have picked up their items from the store did you pay for the item when you picked it up or was payment allready taken? I am hoping they take payment prior to picking the item up as I am thinking of sending my daughter for the item seeings as she works next door to a Woolworths. It will save me some bus fare!

BTW, thanks to the OP for the voucher. My youngest daughter now as a lovely new winter coat for school for just £12. Original in store price prior to voucher and coat sale was £30!

Payment is taken when you order over the internet.

I collected my stuff today - was a little worried about the 20% but they never mentioned anything. Was going to say the voucher was in the recycling and give them a made up name (friends boyfriend but dont know his surname!!!!) from another store if necessary!

I collected my DVD's today. They ask for some ID to prove it is your order.

The silly thing is that I selected in store collection to save me the postage price, thinking they would send them on their normal delivery vans. Wrong ... they were posted to the store and even had air freight labels on the package

Got an e-mail tonight saying my order has been despatched and will be available for collection in the next 7 to 10 days :rotfl:
