I tried it out and it works ok but the discounts are pretty random (anything between 5% and the full 20%)

    The discounts are NOT random!

20% off Woolworth's normal stock (household items, toys, kids' clothing, etc)
10% off Entertainment (CDs, DVDs, games, consoles, TVs, ipods, etc)
5% off special order items (garden sheds, some furniture, etc)
Comet@Woolworths items are NOT discounted at all using this code.

There is an error on the site though so that there is a DOUBLE discount on some mobile phones - some mobiles have 20% off PLUS an extra 10% off!!!

Look out for the O2 Motorola U6 PEBL (red) phone - £71.99!! :D
This normally sells for over £100 at other retailers.

Log in to your account, view orders and click on the order number it will then give you the option to cancel the order.

You will then get an e-mail for each individual item on your order.

I think it tells you what to do in their FAQ's but must admit it isn't very clear - I had to do this when I express checkouted by mistake!

Think it only gives this option on certain products as when I click on my order number I don't get any other option than to contact them by their messaging service to cancel mine. It actually says "To cancel an ITEM from this order please click on the CONTACT US ABOUT THIS ITEM (above) and submit your request."
  • Yeh, 10% of Ent Products because the mark up is so low. Be careful if you are having products delivered to store with the discount applied, when you collect your item you may be asked to present your Friends Discount Voucher (Each Colleague was Issued Five of these to give out).
  • Thanks for explaining the discounts but when searching the prams/pushchairs and also the bicycles I got random results - 5% off some pushchairs and 20% off others and the same with the bikes and yes the phones also gave me varied results I checked all the prams and even some which where very similar gave me wild differences. Probably due to how they are listed ect but Im not complianing as I got some good bargains thanks to OP.
Aint got a signature - as I cant think of anything world wisely to say.

Nice to hear you got some bargains!
5% discount will apply for special order pushchairs and 20% off for the normal stock items presumably. ;)

Phew....I was alittle worried about that as i didn't realise people had been given vouchers....As i ordered the pink ps2 and it is a pre-order I was just going to say I've lost it.
I have a feeling these bigger companies do this knowing the codes will get leaked ...at the end of the day I'm sure they are still making a massive profit.
