ive just checked rightmove for round my way. theres a mammoth increase in the number of properties for sale and a massive decrease in asking prices. it looks like desperation is setting in for house sellers. they must know which way the wind is blowing. theyll have to drop their asking prices alot more if theyre gonna find a buyer0
