Electric Shower.........keeps going on and off!

Folks
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction, my shower (electric) has gone a bit weird. It keeps going off. Basically when you turn it on it works grand for a few minutes and then just stops. The power in the shower is still on and it still makes the noise but no water comes out.
I have no idea who I would need to contact to look at this as I dont think its electrical........plumber?
Any advice greatfully received!

sounds like the problem i had with mine, basically the water pressure wasn't good enough for it to work properly, had to get a plumber to put a new feed direct from the mains in to get sufficient pressure for it to work properlyThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. Electric showers don't / won't work off tank feed. They must be mains fed.
