This "Company (ies)" are run by a bunch of Dodgy rip off Merchants. Their "happy" customers are few and far between. Make sure you visit and search as above and you will see what a paper trail of name changes this company have. Nottingham Trading Standards are aware of this company!!

PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR GREAT "PART EXCHANGE PRICES" and "NO HASSLE SALES” they have this business down to a fine art.

They are a car sales business. They're not there to give you a bargain or be your best buddy - their sole purpose is to extract as much profit from you as possible and this applies to all car sales places.

I agree that car sales business's are there to make a profit.

However in compliance with the consumer Law these goods have to meet a set standard of criteria in accordance with the Law, both in effect to the merchandise and the refund / replacement policies, which this Garage are not doing ! hence why Trading Standards are aware.
As a previous customer of A38 I feel that consumers should be aware before visiting these premises of the distruction and problems people have had. I therefore have given my opinion in the hope of safeguarding any future consumer from having the same problems.
